I probably won't make any shows till Oct. Just started back working full time and I have to work weekends. I didn't submit for any off till Oct and Nov.

It is a shame you will not becoming out to the show but I fully understand about work.

I was going to be pulling my Pitbull and my staffie this weekend but my Pit decided he needed to get sick. I went outside and he head was swollen like frankinstein, so I took him to the vet and the vet opened it up and he had 3 splinters in it. So now he really looks like Frankinstein but we are calling him Frankindog. My poor boy! here is a picture of him in his harness still wanting to go pull.

Man that sounds terrible. Hope he gets to doing fine.

We were going to go but decided to wait. There are two shows closer to us and we really don't do much with the UKC. We might next year or later in their careers but right now we are focusing on the ADBA.

We will be there later in the year though when the ADBA has their show there.

Well, let you all know Juda is doing fine. He is back to being a crazy dog running around and playing. He is back to barking at me when he sees the harnesses come out to pull the other dogs. He will be back to training after Friday when he sees the vet. And all is a go.

It was a GREAT pull, My little staffie for his first time pulling ever in an event pulled 896 lbs. I was truly proud

I do not know much about the ADBA but do they allow other breeds besides pits to pull. As I would love to bring my Presa's and Staffie as well.

WTG Deb and sorry I couldn't make it to the event. I really don't go outside of IN, IL, WI and MI but that may change as things slow down around here. I just went to nights so maybe I can get a few shows in but I don't see anything planned still till Oct. or so.
