What??? Did you say black was dominate??
I dont know about that, Harley had a litter of 12 and he had more reds then blacks.... he had- 4 blacks, 5 reds, red brindle, dark brindle, and patched dark brindle...
2nd litter of 10- 1 black, chocolate spoted and white, black spoted and white, chocolate brindle, red brindle and the rest were chocolate... so outta 22 pups he had i would say 6 black, there was only 1 That looked IDENTICAL to him, the rest had spots on the back of their necks, just little ones, like the size of quarters... But Harleys pup "bruno" is identical, i wish i had a pic.... But maybe it had to do with the fact That Harleys mom was red and so was the pups mom, Harleys dad was brindle, harleys dads parents were both brindle... Harleys moms parents were mom chocolate, dad black.... Phew... Gotta give me credit, i know about my dogs lines alittle!! So maybe all the chocolate in the lines had to do with it...
