Training harness and sleds

Im looking for someone who can make some training harnesses and a sled...I've been looking for a sled like the one that Jess had made, anyone know where I can get one?

If you know someone who can weld they are easier and cheaper to make. If you would like I can get you one but they are so heavy, shipping would cost more than the sled!

Im not worried about shipping...I would really like it if you could get me one, we really dont have time to weld around here..lol my husband is always busy or gone working. I sure dont know how to weld either..lol
