Let's put our heads together

Hey, everybody. Let's all put our heads together and share some ideas about getting things going around here. I know that there are a few of us who really want to see it take off and I'm sure there are guests who just need to have their attention grabbed. So, let's all come up with some ideas. This can be a great place.

Well do you have any ideas Buz?

How about we start a dog show. You know where we ask people to post a side and front view of their dogs and then we can vote. It might be fun.


We could start a training thead. I know that we have visiters who have puppies and we could discuss basic obedience and stuff.

Oh How about a raw diet thread....
Or a holistic medicine thread...

I will try to think of some other stuff too.

Excellent ideas!!! I was kinda thinking something along the lines of a dog contest where we could vote too. (great minds think alike. lol)Maybe like a monthly thing? I've seen something like that on another board and it is a cool idea. But all of those are great ideas. You guys know more about the raw diet thing than I do and I know nothing about holistic medicine but I am ready to learn so kick it off!

I think we need to find a way to get more traffic.

Add more search words to the site search so it comes up more frequently. Have someone subscribe to BSL Workshop to copy and paste the BSL posts here. (Sorry I cant do that anymore - I am now working at 2 shelters and going to school and work ).

I have been posting it ( the link on myspace bullitens ). My question is how could we get this a .com name . how much would it caust to do that ??????

I have not looked into it myself but from what I understand it is kinda expensive. (the .com) Maybe we could all pitch in a little if it is somewhat reasonable. I'm sure money is a little tight for all of us. You guys know more about this stuff than I do. lol. How do we add more searchwords? Tex, can you copy and paste BSL posts? By the way, where you been? lol
