How old is that pic, compared to when he got mange? He is one good looking boy though. Have you contacted his breeder?

that was a bout a wek or 2 before we found out he got mange. you can kind of tell on his left eye ( a lil pink) i tried calling the breeders but there number is no longer conected. i know where the guy is a bouncer so ill go over and talkt to him.

You can see it around both eyes why i asked. My dogs eyes were never like that. none of mine went pink or red at all so Michelle would be more help to you on this! I asked because she shared pics and i noticed your dog had that in common with hers.

he wil be 8 months on the 10th of december

I know you don't want another dog but you make sure those breeders go above and beyond to help you even if it's just to offer another pup but they better acknowledge fault and try to do something! I mean when Nani came down with it I was there for what ever they requested and I expect all breeders to be the same dang way!!! None of us mean for it to happen but we still must do what we can when it does.

what pisses me off the most is my old vet said his eye was like that from food alergies and that he wanted me to put him on a special vet diet, when i sugested the barf diet he said "I'm giving you science other people are giving you hear say" well if i wouldnt have got a second opinion im sure the mange would have gotten to bad to cure.

Vet's are normal people they dont know everything and some are stuck in their beliefs and others are just money hungry. I spent tons on triton and nothing worked till the raw. He was !!!!! and skin was foul smelling it was very nasty! He had never gone red or pink either but hair was all gone and it was horrible! His breeder told me basically crap happens and it's the chance we all take. I told him ya know what I will never refer anyone to you and should folks ask I'm gonna let them know your worse then the crap under my shoes!! Now the guy who i bought him from had gotten the dam from a well known kennel and she offered to co-own a pup with me but I refused. I didn't ever wanna touch those lines again but at least she did try to fix it ya know what i mean.

yep yep.regardless the vet is on vacation till the end of december i will be having a talk with him when he comes back, let just say there gonna be some furniture movin

LOL!! See Gemyni acts like a pup but not really. She doesnt have accidents anymore. I'm thinking just from watching Legend she's learning the rules and what she can and can't do. I thought it would take her awhile to adjust(She had some issues when I first got her) BUt I was wrong! lol
