Confused

Here recently Medusa has turned into a picky eater. I feed her Hills science diet puppy growth formula, both dry and wet. Well she stopped eating the dry food, would pick up a piece and then spit it back out. So I started mixing her wet food in with the dry. She ate it like that for a couple of days and then stop doing that. She wouldnt even touch her water, maybe a couple of drinks and then she was done.

She has two seperate bowls, both are those 10 inch ceramic pet dishes from petsmart. When I mix the dry food and the wet food together and add water to eat, she in hales it She will drink ALL of the water first and then eat her food like she hasnt ate for days..whats the deal with that?? LOL I dont understand why she does it, anyone else know??

LOL. Legend won't eat his dry unless you add a little hot water to it!

Uh oh!!!!! People have spoiled puppies....... Mine get strickly dry!!! But...... when its a special occasion, they get a can of wet stuff....

Well I also give a can of Merrick too! Oops! lol But not all the time!

You know what tho... You dont have kids, I spoil my kids, you spoil your dogs.... Its allowed...

Yea thats true!...If I ever have any kids I might have to get a second job so the dogs could live the same lavish lifestyle. LOL..

Zues did that too and when I asked my vet why he does that, he told me that usualy this is a trait that is passed on to the off spring so if mom or dad did that chances are that the pups would do it too. Funny thing about this a little after one year old he started to slow down untill I got a new puppy (Rock) he started doing it again!!!

My GSD did that. They know there is someone else(another dog) that could possibly eat there food!
