Question!

Ok, everyone knows that Im gonna be starting a kennel soon...well if you dont know, I am...lol but here's my question...Does anyone think its a bad idea to registerd for my kennel name now or should I wait? Cause I was on the ADBA website today and seen that you can register for a kennel name with them for 200.00.

Here's my other question, what should the name be?? But if ya all think I should wait then I will, I jump the gun on alot of things...cant help it, I'm excited!!

If you are serious thats a good idea. I have know the ADBA to not allow people to register dogs with them if they KEEP using their names and dont pay for a kennel name.

How do you Just "start a kennel"?? Like what do you have to do?? Can you do it in your house, or just get licenced by ADBA, UKC and so on...

Hahaha I was thinking one day that if i had a kennel, the name would be "Kicking Pits kennels" PATEND PENDING

You do understand that is just having the right to register your dogs under your kennel name with the adba right? UKC does it for free so I didn't pay for ADBA. My dogs names with them are just there names.

Come march I will be ADBA certified kennel and nkc. Lookin forward to it. I have one UKC reg dog, so I won't be working it that way.

I still register all mine ADBA for the simple fact that they fight the heck out of bsl. I may register my kennel to but i just wanted to make sure you understand that doesn't mean any more then that!

well UKC doesn't go by registered name your dog can have what ever name you give it doesn't have to be a registered kennel per say. like all mine with ukc are red sky's blah blah.

Mine will be a UKC and ADBA reg kennel.

I did a search on the web for "Midwest Bullies" and I found four differant kennels with that name, so I'm gonna have to use something else.
My brother suggested "Fully Bully". I think i like that one

I don't know if he already knows but there is someone using Old forts name at RMPB, I wonder if its trademarked or anything...

When I searched his name I got a result of 2, OldFort Kennels and OldFort Kennels 1. The first one was him and the one with a 1 with it was not.
Unless It's a dog I dint know about, or very old..

yeah i did the search and came up with 2 as well the one is rebel adn the other pic didnt come up for me.. but I think it used to be bailey.... can you post the pic that is showing up for you here?
