when I lived in TX, they played mexican music, on just about every station. I couldn't understand alot of it, BUT I got the basic beat its um da um da um da um da um da um da.

Unless you listen to SPM which happens to be one rap group I absolutely adore for some strange reason.

Go to Miami and listen to Cuban music! That stuff is all OVER the place! It has really fast beats and it's loud!

on the rock side of things i would have to say. shinedown (best band in studio and live right now) stine sour, disturb, smile empthy soul, hale storm, faction, godsmack, mettalica before the $hitty st anger, boston, jimmi, zeplin, acdc, lincoln park, red hot chilli pepers, theres more i just cant really think right now.

Yeah, I didn't care for St. Anger either...

dude that CD wasnt bad it was terrible. i go to probably 2 to 3 shows every other month give or take. going to see three days grace next week.

Yeah, It was terrible, problem is I think they are experimenting with new sounds like they did with load and reload and those two were good but the playing field for them is getting larger with all the new groups and they think that they should merge into the new style of rock. For them that may be a wrong turn...IMO

I LOVE music. Depends what Im in the mood for, sometimes blues, sometimes jazz, dance or hip hop BUT at heart I am truly a rock girl. I like 70's-current -everything from Led Zeppelin to Korn.
