Fallen Brothers

I heard it on the news this morning on my way into the firehall. Its a painfull reminder of what can happen any day at any given time. Family is the first thing that comes to mind when you hear stories like these, you just want to call home and talk to them.

That's why I have the utmost respect for you guys Andy...

Today we were on a call, a UPS driver had swipped a pole and flipped her truck and was trapped. While removing the windshield and reaching in to treat her on of our guys on my truck cut two fingers to the bone, had to get several stiches and will be off duty for several days if not 2 weeks.

Wow. That is tragic... I think tomorrow I am going to call my uncle who is a captain firefighter just to say Hi...

You guys deserve much more recognition then you get!

Here here to all those that protect and serve!! Weither it be firefighter, EMT's, Police, or Military!!! I don't think any of these men and women get the recognition the deserve until tragity strikes. So please remember to say thank you everyday for those that fight for your safety and freedom!!

Aint that the truth. You men and women that service us you have my deepest THANK YOU!!!! for all that you do.

Awww... That is so sad... I have nothing but pure respect for the men and woman that put their life on the line to save others....... That is the most unselfish thing that anyone could do.....
