I BELIEVE but not sure its an African dog used for hunting lions but Im not sure just yet.

part of me wants to say its a trick of light and perspective.... but then again.... comparing those massive paws to the stone steps and the tile ......
he could just be a VERY big puppy. he looks like a Boer Boel to me.... he's too.... hmm.. clean around his face, to be an english mastiff... or a Mastiff/Saint for that matter.

Just a question, but has anyone thought that that lady might just be super small and give the dog the illusion of being bigger? Even if she is a small lady that dog is still huge! No way I'd wanna dog bigger than me, thats why God created horses LOL

i thought the same thing, but again comparing her with the background objects, i'd say she is average female build.. maybe between 5'3" or 4" give or take.

and yeah regardless, that dog is a monster! i would love to have a dog that big, but that would have to be the ONLY dog..... he has enough mass to equal.... three dogs! OMG can you imagine the piles of ...$#*+ that thing would leave behind?
