Well I went out today and checked her and sure enough GRACIE IS IN. We thought she looked like she was coming in a few days ago but today its a definite. I took her and Rebel out and let them run in an our enclosed run together and he was slightly interested. We plan on putting them together everyday now for the next week or so. Rebel will finally get his chance to see if he is a producer or not and Gracie will hopefully take!!! We will keep you updated.

This will be our first breeding ever! Been involved with the dogs for years but this will be our first planned hopefully sucessful breeding. It took a long time to get here and a few bumps along the way but now its exciting.

This will be the pedigree if all goes well.

Well we just came back in from worming her and gave her, her 7 way shot to clean her out and boost the immune system. We will probably start supplementing some to keep her good and healthy! Actually we gave all our dogs the shots and wormer today but we had been waiting on her!

Those should make some great little pullers Andy! Congrats!

We usually try to do 2-3 lock-ups within a 3-4 day window. This seems to help eliminate any underdeveloped pups. She may not like Rebel very much before her prime. Typically she'll be in her prime starting around the 9th to 12th day. If she's not willing and flaging him, she's not ready yet.

Just a question, Did they mate?? Im guessing not... She should be recieving him buy the 9th -14th day form day 1 of bleeding.. LOL what am i doing, you already knew that.. haha Sorry!!

For everyone who said that they wanted a pup I will say this, I wouldnt want any of my dogs to go to a better home than those I KNOW would be provided by the members of this board. For this reason I will discount the pups to CURRENT members on this board so if you want one I will make it possible for you.
