| I let medusa out this evening and she was running around the back yard like she was NUTS! Made a complete circle all the way around the fence and then stopped and went in the other direction....She was curious as to what was going on in the pond and managed to knock over my concrete Koi statue that spits out water. Well it fell and busted the head off on a piece of concrete. The whole time I'm cussin and shakein my head... that thing cost me some money. I turn my back for one second and she manages to jump the fence and is chasing the neighbors cat around the back yard This man comes running out of his house screaming and kicking at medusa, yelling something at her...I'm like OH H*LL no I know I dont see you kicking at my dog!! I'm like this MF's about to get beat....I'm all up in this ba$tards face rippin him a knew a$$!! Well his wife comes out with her cell phone and is callin the police....I'm thinking in my head "both these B*tches are gonna get seriously hurt"..she comes off her porch pointing her finger and callin me all kinds of names. Yup by that time I'm ready to light some one up like the fourth of July in the middle of December Bout the time I kickd off my shoes(brand new K-swisses mind you ) the police show up with the freakin animal control ! My husband was pulling up when animal control is putting one of those pole things around medusa's neck....guess what happend then, if your guessing that my husband started snapping your right. Well Im talkin(more like yelling) at the officer and this man's wife trys to sneak one in on me:evil: ummmm shouldnt of done that...lmao!! The officer that Im talkin to grabs me by the arm and the other officer that was there with animal control arrests the lady that swong at me. My god all of this over a dog chasing a cat?! I mean I was headed in medusa's way to get her any way and she wouldnt of hurt it. She plays with my cat jinx all the time. So there is one in jail and the other just glares at me every time I take medusa out....like he's watching me all the time now..lmao!! Medusa (poor thing) is in the house hiding under the blankets on my bed...She's like "geez mom I was just playing" She doesnt understand what she done wrong. I think the neighbors get the point though...mess with my dogs, mess with me...lmao |

| I would of asked them if they wanted to meet the end of my LOUISVILE SLUGGER. I don't know if its true but I heard that cats have rights now and that they are allowed to roam free... | |

| Man that was one crazy day, glad they didn't take her or fine you. My dog was off leash on my property in NC and they took her (busted her jaw all up) and even fined me!! I tried to appeal and you know what i was told dogs don't have rights. So long story short I paid the fine it will remain on my dogs record and if she ever bites someone she gets put down asap, even though she hadn't even threatened anyone. I think that sucks but since I aint in NC who cares lol. AC die hard hates pits there. Mother fucker said why didn't i get a boxer or something else, I said why would I when that's not my breed of choice. |

| Did you say your dog jumped the fence? Why didn't you have a leash on her? The way I see it if that is the case then you are the one responsible and your very lucky they didn't take your dog. Honestly if that had been another dog that your dog attacked, then you wouldn't have gotten off so lucky and might have massive vet bills to pay on top of your dog being put down. | |

I can't say I tie my dogs out or leash them when in teh yard cause I don't but Tina you were responsible for her getting out the fence and going after the kitty/cat rather she hurt it or not. Not saying stuff doesn't happen cause it does but the people did have a right to be angry, not saying they should have kicked at her either cause they shouldn't have but you gotta see it from there side to. This is a pit after their kitty they are gonna protect their animal just like you wanna protect her. BTW I WOULD HAVE TORN HER ASS UP FOR KNOCKING THE STATUE DOWN AND JUMPING THAT FENCE!!! I just passed out several butt kickens for it and none of mine have done it since. I had to beat one three times before she figured out what the heck she is gettign the beat down for! Eh Tina you look at my training tip for enforcing no and do that cause it is an attention getter!

| This town is not only dog racist they are people racist as well...meaning if you dont have that special last name you dont get SH*T!! I had a run in along time ago when I was 20 with an officer here in town(thank god he doesnt even live in this state anylonger) but he got me 1 felony charge (which doesnt make me a bad person). Put it this way, out of a whole bar full me and my husband were the ONLY FREAKIN people arrested!!!!!!!!!! Long story short I was arguing with a man in the door way of the bar and that man actually punched me in the face, when I went to swing back the officer that arrested me, grabbed me from behind and I jerked my arm away....he said I punched him in the chest! There were so many people fighting with me and my husband how was I suposed to know WHO grabbed me from behind? And since that officer was standing behind me, and saw that man punch me in the face, why didnt he arrest him to begin with....BLAH!! Ever since that night, none of the officers around here have liked me or my husband....and they really hate my dogs. I had one officer pepper spray a female that I used to have, because he come on my front porch and she was barking at him! Thank god Im moving out of this riduculous town! I've checked the city ordinance in the town I'm moving too and they are all okay with pitbulls. There are several people in that town that own pitbulls and they all look to be very well taken care of! I did how ever get told that if any of my dogs get out again, that I wont be notifyed that they will take them straight to the pound....Thing is chopper broke his chain one freakin time got lose and was walking around town....never hurt nothing. But if it happens again I wont have my dogs is what I was told. Blah, I've got a headache its been a long day....lol! |

| I know I was responsible for her, we were outside playing...and when she knocked over my concrete koi, I turned my back just for a second to clean it up and she jumped the fence. But as soon as I heard her I was headed her way...there wasnt a time limit in between I went straight after her.
Why should I put a leash on her when we were playing with a ball? I'm very responsible with my animals, I dont intentionally let stuff happen. Like I said I turned my back for ONE second and she had jumped the fence. Its not like I left her out in the back yard all by her self not leashed and unattended. I WAS there......I realize that I'm lucky that my dog is still here, but I also realize that, that man had absolutely NO right kicking at Medusa. I was coming to get her, I didnt just up and say "oh well she jumped the fence and its playin with the neighbors cat, I'll get her later". I went straight after her just as soon as I heard the fence shake from being jumped over (its a chain link fence). |

| I wasn't personally attacking you, just not understanding some of the things that were going on. If your dog is the one that jumped the fence and yes i know it happens, but I can't understand you yelling at your neighbors for trying to protect their animal. I know I would have protected mine regardless of cost. If you couldn't watch her while you cleaned the yard, then you should have took her back in or tied her. Sorry its the way I feel. I realize you were playin with her with the ball, but unfortunately we as "pit bull owners" take the risk everyday that something like that can happen, and your actions by yelling at her were that of the typical classified rant raving I didn't do it pit bull owner. Tina I'm glad that nothing bad happened, and you still have your dog, but thank god everyday for it, because alot of police wouldn't have been that leniant. | |

You should have kept your composure cause we do get a bad rap. When they took Moka I was highly pissed but I stayed very calm and didn't call anyone a punk ass pu**y (my favs) but i did try to get that ac officer suspended or something cause I felt with her still being on my property he shouldn't have touched her rather she was on or off her leash plus there was evidence that someone took her off the chain! He had the entire chain except for the portion that had been unscrewed. Well anyone for us to continue to have this breed and not loose them to bsl we have to kind of back down at times (especially when we are actually in the wrong). I know it is hard as heck cause it's next to impossible for me but i aint losing my dogs over some bs! Next time put her up before cleaning up and that will save ya some grief! |

| HE KICKED AT MY DOG! Yes I yelled....I had every right to yell and he was the one that yelled in the first place...All I had to do was pick up the statue and go on with what I was doing, like I said it happend that quick. and your actions by yelling at her were that of the typical classified rant raving I didn't do it pit bull owner.
So what are you saying I'm a bad owner? That maybe I'm not responsible enough to own a pitbull because my F*CKING nut case neighbor kicked at my dog and his nutty wife come flying out of her house yelling and cussing me? |

| No one is saying you arent responsible, what she is saying I believe is that the neighbor just reacted as anyone else would have. If it was my cat (i hate cats) and my neighbors dog jumped the fence and was chasing MY CAT I would have kicked the dog too and defended my cat. Hey Ive shot neighbors dogs in my yard before because they mess with my dogs and cats.
I know it was an accident but it was his cat in his yard. Maybe they didnt go about it in the right way and cussing you and taking a swing at you is definitely not the right way but you cant blame him for kicking your dog although I wouldnt have liked that either! | |

| Everyone is right, I'm just a little upset and I hope everyone understands why. Trust me I fully understand that my actions were wrong and as a matter of fact im a little annoyed with myself because I let someone like that get to me. I'm also sitting here in tears because of what happend, and I dont honestly mean to snap out on anyone and accuse them of calling me a bad owner, I'm just upset. So please forgive me Michelle for posting rude replys. I understand that I should of put medusa in the house, but all I had to do was pick up the statue and go on with what I was doing. |

| alright first of all, I think this has gotten way out of hand, let me explain. I don't understand why you aren't takin responsibility. If that dog had killed that cat, you would have accrued massive vet bills and you would NOT have your dog. I realize that it makes you mad he kicked at your dog, but what if the dog would have killed his cat. I think I would have kissed someone's butt and gotten my dog and turned the other cheek. I don't think your neighbors are Nuts, I think they had every right to protect their animal. I'm sorry if you feel chastised, but I would have grabbed my dog after she broke the statue and walked her butt in the house and put her in the kennel, then I would have finished cleaning, reason being, I couldn't watch her, and she did something wrong, so therefore she wouldn't be getting turned lose to do something else she would be disciplined. What if this had been YOUR neighbor or it had been the case that she killed the cat? Then where would you be. I'm sorry I take complete responsibility for my dogs actions period. if my dog does somethign wrong then its on me. Honestly, if more owners would take responsiblity less god of our dogs would get put down. Bottom line. Now I'm not screaming at you or acting foolish, I'm simply giving my point of view. I'm not sure why but every discussion I have on here, ends up being my head getting bit off by someone and I don't appreciate it. | |

Yep that's what she is saying! I mean what would be your reaction if a stray or any breed of dog went after one of yours? I'm with Andy shoot that fucker, I had a stray male dog jump my fence when my girl was in heat and by god I couldn't get to him fast enough. I had one pit that would kill anything and the next time he jumped in my yard I let her out on his butt (not going to lie, he shouldn't have been in my yard) he was smart though and jumped that fence before she could get him and no she didn't go over after him cause my big girls all know the fence rule! It was my mom's pet girl Sola who we have placed in a protection training home. I was so hoping she got that dog!! |

| Thank you Tina, I appreciate the apology. I think you took things differently than what I mean them to be. By no means do I believe your a bad owner. I just think both parties handled themselves a little crazy, and that it could have been alot worse situation than it was. So no hard feelings. | |

| Okay everyone, I apologize...I now realize that I am 100% at fault here. It is my fault, and I do apologize for being rude. If somethings my fault I will take the blame, at that specific time I didnt see it as being my fault, because he kicked at my dog. Well now that Im not ranting and raving it is absolutely all my fault. Everyone is right, I should of NO matter what put her either in the house or put her out on a tie out while I picked up the mess. I would have kicked at someones pet as well if it would have got in my yard. Okay, tell ya what I'll do....Michelle I apologize to you for being a B*tch...lol forgive me?? Also I will walk over to the neighbors and deeply apologize to the guy and I will even offer to get his nutty wife out...she's still nutty no matter what...lmao! So is everyone still mad at me?? Cause I do apologize. |

Old fort I think Im gonna wait till tomorrow to apologize to this guy because if he was as mad as I was earlier I think it be best to wait. And your also right, I aint bailing that nutty wife out, she swung at me....I never layed a hand on her! From now on I dont go out that back door unless my dogs(which ever one at the time I have) is leashed or I have a leash in my hand...and I dont turn my back to do one thing unless I first put that dog in a kennel or back in the house. |
