all of m dogs understand English and Spanish, they all have Spanish names, and they all love Mexicans...BUT Chato is a little racist against black people.. but I think that the reason for that is because when he was growing up the little boys around here (I live in a prodomently black neighborhood) would always pick on him and throw rocks and things at him... So I guess that is what he gets that from.. but all the others like everyone....
