[b]Weight pull in Cherokee NC in Dec.07[/b]

The Smoky Mtn. APBA Club will host a weight pull in Cherokee NC on Dec. 8th. There will be cash prizes for MWP and pound for pound. Every dog entered will receive a chance to win a track (rail system) made by Darren Sipe of Southern Dixie Pits Kennels. All proceeds will go to underpriveleged children in the area to improve their Christmas. I think it is GREAT that you guys are doing this pull. I just wish it was not the same weekend as our UKC weight pull.

That is great, i hear you all are doing some good stuff in the area. I will be there to see if i can win some of that cash you are giving out. I also could use a track to help me train at home. see ya there.

I heard from over 7 kennels in NC alone, that are coming plus three in tennessee. I am really excited about this pull, and the community has rallied around and is welcoming us and our dogs. What a great feeling!

If you pre-register your dog at the website ww.americanpitbullalliance.com every dog you enter will receive two tickets for the raffle of the weight pull track. This is a great track that was made by Darren Sipe of Southern Dixie Pits kennels. For those of you who have competed at an AADR in the WNC area or any APBA pull you most likely pulled on a track made by Darren. They are the smoothest best tracks ever! The ADBA pull in Hickory in November will be on one of his tracks.
