| First make sure BB code is turned on under your user options for the site. Click on insert image If it asks you to login or register, do that If you want to resize change that first its right under where it says file and url Click on browse and find your pic, click Open Then click host it Under bb code click on copy or right click the code and select "copy",thumnail is a small pic, use the second one Then minimise the screen and go back to to the message your typing and right click again and select "paste"  | |
